Assembly was an issue when a couple of the pre-threaded pieces were stripped out. Company got the replacement parts to me in three days at no charge. It's not hard to assemble, but takes time and you don't want to force the threads (I don't think I did; it wasn't well threaded in factory). The sectional is comfy enough: I like lying down across three chairs. The seat backs end about mid-back, so you can't really lean way back into it. I notice new photos show added small pillows, which we didn't get when we ordered.Fire table is pretty, uncomplicated and puts off ok heat as long as you get fairly close. I wish the edges were a bit wider. But bad idea to set stuff on it that could burn or melt! Good value! Most importantly, my wife is very happy.This set is beautiful, it came in 5 boxes. We love the look and feel of this set, but it was cumbersome to put together to say the least. This took approximately 5 hours to put 8 total pieces together. I feel accomplished in doing so but it took a lot of effort so with 2 people it would have gone faster.The legs of these items do not always come with corresponding holes so you need to screw some of these legs on with only 1 of two holes, it’s not a big deal but made things very confusing.The fire table was cumbersome especially, the language in the manual is meant for experienced propane experts not regular people. Ours wasn’t lighting but my fiancé and I figured it out.Overall, this set is beautiful and completes our deck but be ready to work very hard!Although it was a bit cool out we still enjoyed it for thanksgiving....I live in Nassau County Long Island. the firepit was perfect!You get what you pay for. The set is nice and looks nice. But the cushions do not attach to the seat so they are always moving around and falling off. The cushions are not thick, they are fine to sit on for a bit but not overally comfortable. The seats are very low to the ground and the backs are not high so there is not a lot of support. If you don't get the clips that lock the individual pieces together they separate when you sit. The fire pit is nice and the piece that covers the tank is a bonus. Take note that the hose has to run from the tank to the pit, which is a little awkward. I find that someone is always tripping on the hose. There is hardly any support under the pieces themselves. so I think that they will sag over time. All said, its an ok piece that looks stylish but I can't imagine it will last very long.Cheaply manufactured, materials are not thick plastics, but rather, thick plastic ribbons with metal frames. There is a reason there’s no close up pic of the sofas, cos they are made of weaved plastic ribbons. They look great in photos and videos but close up in person they look cheap. Not worth the $1100 IMO. You get what you paid for.Contrary to others, assembly was piece of cake. Honestly, if you can match holes to holes together you can put it together. Regular IKEA style tool provided. Cushions are as expected. The saving grace is the fireplace... puts out good heat. However, the glass clips plastics melted and slid right down the glass after a while. After a night of burning the glass are stained with soot.We bought the clips and the sofa cover together, so it’s nice to have all the accessories at one page.Overall, looks good in photos and videos but don’t expect it to last long.I can’t begin to describe how incredibly disappointed I am in this purchase. Even putting it together, I could see there was not a lot of quality. Straps were broken throughout the entire couch. I am guessing it will start unraveling soon. I don’t think there’s repair for thatWhat seems to be the support for under the chairs, I have no idea how they are going to last. Cushions are stiff and not plush, but they are at outdoor and that can be expected.The couch itself is ultra light. And the cushions slide all over the place. It’s just cheap material all together. I don’t See this lasting more than a year. I can’t even sit on it without the sections coming apart. I am ordering clips to see if that will help resolve the problem.The only decent part about the whole thing is the fireplace. It puts out a good around heat.I generally weigh my purchasing decisions strongly based on reviews, and I just felt I needed to put something out there. I wish I would’ve spent some more money and got something solid and heavy that was going to withstand time. This is just incredibly cheap. I don’t know how it got all of the good reviews to begin with.Just a total letdown. I was really excited about this!I love the look, the color, the material the set is made and the sturdiness, however, my family is tall, side so I'm finding the backs of the seating is pretty short.
