You get some screws that will lock up on your and if you have the wrong part your in trouble on the first thing to do. You have a nut with a washer and a screw with a hex head for tightening. The screws are like any cheap furniture product. The nuts lock up and the screw head strips and you can’t get the screw off . I had to unscrew the the things that were backwards and move them around. It worked but having to install this and needing two tools to tighten is crazy . . Product is new and seems to be good but for the price . I would think I was getting quality. The seat will eventually bow down with absolutely no support.
